Hey XD I'm back...

Yeah XP After my family kidnapped me and took me on a trip to Chicago I am finally back.

Well, they took me to go see the Robie house. It is a Frank Lloyd Wright house and my mom is kinda obsessed with him -_-;
The house has been around for quite a long time, being treated for demolition 2 or 3 times I believe is what they said. It was kinda sad that I couldn't see the whole thing since it was a pretty cool place (They are renovating it back to its original state) but I thought that what I saw was nice.

Other than the Robie house I got to see The Chicago Institute of Art. I thought that I would enjoy this more. But it is like a big museum with a lot of paintings that I have seen before XP Not much to say there. I wish they would have had more modern art there but most of it was at least 50 years if not older than that. The only thing I liked about it was a very abstract piece but we were on a tour and I couldn't read the name of the artist.

Anyway yeah, I am back XP Anyone feel like telling me if I missed something big?

Welcome back. Did you go to the Field Museum? If not, you made a big mistake my friend. Just curious, but did you see the painting American Gothic?

Yes, I saw American Gothic. I thought it was good, though people see that a lot in movies and other things. I didn't truthfully think it was that amazing. But I am not a big paintings fan XP

If not, you need to, next time you go. When we went down there as a band trip (for a rehersal of the chicago symphony orcestra) we only passed by it...
