But the little rating system at the bottom sort of... disturbs me... (LEGO sex? o_o )
EDIT: Yup, LEGO sex. =o
I'm not sure whether to be amazed or disturbed by this.

| Best things in the world: 1. Lego version of "Noah's Insobriety." 2. Lego "Sodom and Gomorrah." 3. Lego "Instructions for Slaves." This is easily the most amsuing thing ever. Made my day. | |

Poor Moses. I wish I were better schooled in Theology to realize just how blashemous this is.
Gotta love it. | |

| Yeah, it's wierd. There's alot of rather offensive kind of stuff, but at the same time it often seems to be pretty accurate. Makes me rather confused as to what the creator's real stance is... o.O | |

| The first time I saw it, it was linked from a site that was generally not very friendly to mainstream Christianity, so I've always assumed that it was meant to be mildly blasphemous. Looking at the actual site, I only see a few indications of that, like the creator's use of the title "Reverend," despite not being an actual religious leader, which is something of a trend among some online, atheist communities. Likewise, some of them are just done so humorously that I can't imagine it being meant as a serious thing. ...Can you imagine a real, devout believer deciding that these were portrayals of the holy texts likely to win over converts? http://www.thebricktestament.com/the_law/transvestism/dt22_05a.htmlhttp://www.thebricktestament.com/the_law/transvestism/dt22_05b.htmlhttp://www.thebricktestament.com/the_law/rape/dt22_24.htmlI can't. I'd lean towards it being, at "best," a not quite vindictive but still self-amused ribbing of the Biblical stories and law. But there doesn't seem to be any terribly clear evidence, one way or another. | |

| considering I went to a church school for almost 12 years, I can laugh at this because I remember having that shit pushed into my brain for so many years, and seeing it like this, I haven't busted a gut so hard since the commercials years ago for the picture bible (kid you not, they sold a bible that was one big comic book adaption.).
This is easily the most awesome thing I've seen all day.

| Slightly off-topic now, but I must say that I will one day create at least one, GOOD "Christian" video game some day, but you mind you this is one planned for much later in my career, among many other titles I have in mind.
In part, it is to say to the world "Christians can do stuff right," and to the "Christians" it would hopefully say "See? You don't have to make everything so freakin' cheezy and badly to done to make something gret, entertaining, and still have Christian themes!"
Though a bit on the ironic side, as the plan I have in mind isn't something for the likes of, shall we say, "Focus on the Family." Oh my, would they probably bash the snot out of me for what I have in mind... not that I care, as I'm following God's lead, not there. =p
Oh, and no, it's not something just based off a story in the Bible or anything (a tiny bit from Revelations, but just themes and analogies, really). If I did do something based straight from the Bible, it'd probably be the Book of Joshua or something (a much more kickarse version of the LOTR games, in a sense Xp ).
Don't know why I went off on that... just thought someone should know... >.>
Back a bit to subject, yeah, I'd assume it really just is meant to be blasphemous. But again, still odd that they'd actually take the time to go through and do such and not evne claim themselves as "religious" (or do they? Meh, whatever...). Though yes, a bit of it was pretty funny. Xp
